One of the more popular activities are our Coffee Mornings which include 1 1/2 hours group coaching including time for match play to practice what you’ve learnt and this is followed by tea, coffee and cake. This session is open to all players and standards

For those of you that are a little nervous about mixing with players that have already been playing for a little while, then we implement fantastically structured Beginners Courses, which are run over a 10 week block and begin with the basic shots including the forehand, backhand and serve etc with the end result being confident in a match play environment.


If you’d like to learn that little more quickly, then the option of private tennis lessons are also catered for. You can choose from 30mins, 45 mins and 1 hour slots and we’ll guarantee that you’ll be feeling confident with your improvements in no time!


The ultimate fitness workout on the tennis court. Cardio tennis is a fun, tennis-based group fitness program open to people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Set to music, one workout a week will leave you feeling fitter.


Almost all of our coaching venues hold regular, Fixture and Social sessions for those of you that are looking to put your new learnt skills into practise. You can be placed into a team according to your standard and then you’ll have the chance to play other adults of the same level and ability in a lovely relaxed and friendly environment.
